TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. General
By booking or allowing Easy Clean to carry out work, the client confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all services provided unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Scope of Work
Easy Clean will carry out exterior cleaning services using pressure washing, soft washing, or related methods as agreed with the client. Results may vary depending on surface condition, age, and environmental factors.

3. Pre-Existing Damage & Surface Condition
The client accepts that exterior surfaces may have pre-existing damage, defects, or weaknesses, including but not limited to cracks, loose pointing, unstable slabs, damaged render, deteriorated sealants, or rotten decking. Easy Clean is not responsible for damage caused by:

• Pre-existing defects or prior poor installation
• Age-related wear and tear
• Hidden or latent defects not visible prior to cleaning
• Materials or surfaces unsuitable for pressure or soft washing
The client is responsible for informing Easy Clean of any known issues before work begins.

4. Accidental Damage & Liability Limitation
Easy Clean will take reasonable care while carrying out works. However, where liability is established, it is strictly limited to the value of the work carried out. Easy Clean shall not be liable for:
• Indirect or consequential losses
• Cosmetic changes caused by the removal of dirt, algae, moss, lichen, or staining
• Damage resulting from surfaces failing due to their condition
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot be excluded under UK law.

5. Organic Growth Regrowth
Due to environmental and external factors beyond our control, Easy Clean does not guarantee that moss, algae, lichen, or other organic growth will not return after cleaning. Regrowth is not grounds for refunds or discounts.

6. Access, Utilities & Site Conditions
The client must provide safe and reasonable access to the work area and adequate water supply and, if required, electricity. Easy Clean is not responsible for delays or incomplete work due to restricted access, unsafe conditions, or lack of utilities.

7. Payment Terms
Payment is due immediately upon completion of the works, unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the job. Failure to make payment on completion may result in additional charges or debt recovery action.
Easy Clean reserves the right to withhold images, documentation, or guarantees until full payment is received.

8. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made with reasonable notice. Easy Clean reserves the right to charge for late cancellations or no-shows where time and costs have been incurred.

9. Complaints & Issues
Any issues or concerns must be raised within 24 hours of completion. Issues raised after this period will not be considered. Easy Clean must be given the opportunity to inspect or rectify any issue before third-party involvement.
​
10. Weather Delays
Exterior cleaning is weather-dependent. Easy Clean reserves the right to reschedule work due to unsuitable weather conditions without penalty.

11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
